Rhonda Neff

Rhonda Neff is a respected criminal defense attorney and a dedicated member of the board of directors for the Arizona Justice Project, where she supports efforts to exonerate the wrongfully convicted and promote fairness in the criminal justice system.

Originally from Wyoming, Rhonda earned her law degree from the Phoenix School of Law, graduating in the top 3% of her class. She has since built a reputation in Arizona’s legal community for her tireless advocacy, legal skill, and deep commitment to defending the rights of her clients.

Rhonda is admitted to practice before the State Bar of Arizona, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Known for her integrity and client-focused approach, she brings years of experience and a strong track record to every case she takes on.
